Hi There!

Hello world! I am welcoming myself into the blogging world. A HUGE thanks to Shine on in First Grade for giving me that extra boost of confidence to follow through with a blog. I have used many blogs as resources throughout my first year of teaching (ONE YEAR DOWN!). I cannot even describe how awesome they are for sharing ideas and resources. How did I not start one earlier??

I am very ecstatic to be starting this blogging adventure and learning (and hopefully teaching others) more about the Wonderful World of Technology that we all live in today. There are so many awesome resources to use in the classroom, why not put them to good use for the kiddos? There will be more on tech tips when school has started.

With the crazy, busy portion of my summer coming to an end (getting married is no small task!), I hope to get back into my classroom very soon to do some serious beginning of the year tasks. When this happens, I will be sure to post some pictures of my classroom for you to see. Who doesn't love to see other classrooms in hopes to spark an idea? One more perk of blogging! As for now, I will be searching and searching to find some great 'deskless' classroom ideas. Let me know if you have any!
